At 757 ROC Fitness, we do group workouts that involve lifting heavy things, moving fast, and making noises you didn’t know you could make. It’s a gym, yes — but also a community, a support group, and occasionally a place where you question your life choices at minute 7 of the workout.
This is not a “wander around and hope for the best” kind of gym. Classes are coached, planned, and designed to make you stronger in real life — like carrying groceries, chasing kids, or feeling like a beast opening pickle jars. We lift, run, push, pull, and repeat until confidence shows up uninvited. We also offer HYROX-style classes, which are basically a series of “who thought this was a good idea” stations followed by “wow, I actually did that” celebrations.
The Facility:
It’s big but don't worry you won’t get lost. No mirrors screaming at you. No machines you have to politely pretend you know how to use. Just wide-open space, clean vibes, and enough room to throw down without hitting your neighbor (on purpose).
Everyone belongs here. Beginners. Athletes. Comeback legends. People who haven’t worked out since a different presidential administration. Everything is scalable, everything is coached, and nobody cares what you lift — unless it’s heavier than last time, in which case we will absolutely cheer.
Underneath the jokes and sweat is a culture built on encouragement, respect, and purpose. We lift each other up, show up for one another, and believe that how you train says something about how you live (spoiler: you’re stronger than you think).

Classes are functional fitness and strength based. They combine aspects of Obstacle Course Racing, Crossfit, and Bootcamp elements to create a unique, fresh & challenging workout for all ability levels.
All skill levels are able to do the workouts. We have modifiers for every exercise and will tailor it to meet each athletes abilities, while still pushing them to their best.
Ages: 14 and up are able to participate (minors require parental approval)
