**757 ROC** is a fitness, nutrition and recovery facility that helps you achieve your health and wellness goals. Whether you want to lose weight, gain strength, improve endurance or train for obstacle course races, 757 ROC has the programs and equipment to suit your needs. You can join group fitness classes, personal training sessions or open gym times at their 6,000-square-foot athletic facility located at **11838 Canon Blvd, Suite 300**.
757 ROC is more than just a gym. It is a community of athletes who support each other and give back to the society. We are a HYROX Affiliate and Spartan DEKA Affliate. 757 ROC hosts events such as the **HYROX Fitness Test, HY-ROCS, DEKA STRONG & DEKA MILE**, which are station based Functional Fitness challenges that come with or without running and can be done in singles or doubles formats. There's are challenges and competitions for every ability level and our HYROX training class (HY-ROC) is designed to prepare you for exactly that. 757 ROC also organizes charity events such as Friday Night Lights and Memorial Day fundraisers for local causes. 757 ROC also offers recovery services such as Fire & Ice Recovery, which uses cryotherapy, compression and sauna to help you heal faster and feel better. 757 ROC is the place where you can train, perform, build, learn and recover all under one roof.
