What’s  up  squad?!

Welcome  to  Coach  Dex:  Fitness.  Performance.  Endurance.

Join  me  for  challenging  group  workouts,  with  options  tailored  to  your  fitness level  to  make  you  a  more  fit  human!

We’re  building  strength  and  endurance.  We’re  exploring  movement  and  creating  a  body  that  can  do  all  of  the  things  that  you  want  and  need  it to  do  to live  the  kind  of  life  that  you  want  to  live.  Let’s  get  after  it!

Class  Descriptions:


Monday:  Raw   Strength
Full  Body  Strength  Training.  Barbell,  Kettlebell,  Dumbbell.  Develop  your technique  and  strength  in  the  weight  room.

Wednesday:  Strength  Tabata
 Challenge  your  strength  and  endurance  with  this  fast  moving  workout.

Sunday:  Sunday  Throwdown
 Move  your  body  and  move  some  weight!  Full  body  strength  and  conditioning.

TIMES: 
MONday  &  Wednesday : 4:15pm,  5:30pm  &   6:45pm
