It is suitable for all fitness levels and helps determine which division—Pro, Single, Doubles, or Relay—might be the best fit for you. There are no strict time limits or qualifications, so participants can choose any division they feel comfortable with.

- 1000m Run:
- 100 Stationary Lunges: Each lunge should be fully extended for proper form.
- 1000m Row: Tests rowing endurance and power.
- 100 Wallballs: Men use a 6kg ball, women use a 4kg ball, thrown to a target height (10′ for men, 9′ for women).
Purpose and Benefits:
- Fitness Assessment: Measures your current level of strength, endurance, and functional fitness.
- Division Guidance: Completion times help suggest which HYROX division may suit you:
- 15–25 minutes: HYROX Pro
- 25–35 minutes: HYROX Single
- 30–45 minutes: HYROX Doubles
- 35–45 minutes: HYROX Relay
- Training Insight: Highlights areas for improvement, such as pacing, endurance, or strength, before attempting a full HYROX race.
