Classes last approx. 60 Minutes
Classes are functional fitness and strength based. They combine aspects of Obstacle Course Racing, Crossfit, and Bootcamp style classes to create a unique, fresh & challenging workout for all ability levels.
All skill levels are able to do the workouts. We have modifiers for every exercise and will tailor it to meet each athletes abilities, while still pushing them to their best.
Ages: 14 and up are able to participate (minors require parental approval)
